Gastrointestinal Procedures

Common Diagnostics and Treatments

CCDD offers a suite of minimally invasive and surgical procedures for the diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal disorders, utilizing leading edge imaging technology.

One such technology is endoscopy. Endoscopy is the process of visually examining the interior of hollow organs via an endoscope which uses a thin flexible tube equipped with fiberoptics or video. The enormous medical treatment breakthrough of endoscopy allows the direct examination of internal conditions, providing much more accurate diagnoses of problems. Endoscopy also allows minor surgery, including biopsy to be performed without invasive surgical techniques.
