Residents of Madison, as well as employees in Research Park, Redstone Arsenal, and NASA Marshall Spaceflight Center will appreciate our newly relocated Madison office near Toyota Field on Madison Boulevard. Most CCDD physicians rotate through this facility. Please note, our previous Lanier Road location is now closed.

From North or South Huntsville
Take I-565 West and proceed approximately 6 miles and take Exit 13 on to Madison Boulevard. Continue on Madison Boulevard for approximately 2.2 miles to the intersection of Madison Boulevard and Research Boulevard. Turn left at the intersection. We are located at the West end of the property (8263 Madison Boulevard Suite E).
From Decatur and Points West
Take I-565 East and to Madison and take Exit 9. Turn left onto Wall-Triana and proceed to Madison Boulevard. Turn right onto Madison Boulevard and proceed approximately 1.5 miles and turn right onto Research Boulevard. We are located at the West end of the property (8263 Madison Boulevard Suite E).
From Scottsboro and Points East
Take I-565 West and proceed approximately 6 miles and take Exit 13 on to Madison Boulevard. From Guntersville and Points Southeast
Take Highway 431 Northwest toward Huntsville. Highway 431 turns into Governors Drive as you enter Huntsville. Turn right on the Memorial Parkway heading north then exit onto I-565 West. Take I-565 West and proceed approximately 6 miles and take Exit 13 on to Madison Boulevard. Continue on Madison Boulevard for approximately 2.2 miles to the intersection of Madison Boulevard and Research Boulevard. Turn left at the intersection. We are located at the West end of the property (8263 Madison Boulevard Suite E).
