Huntsville Office
The original CCDD Huntsville office is located within the Medical District, just one block off Governor’s Drive and within a block or two of hospitals and other outpatient treatment centers. Maps, driving directions, and phone numbers for this location are also provided.
Gallatin Street Office
Also located within the Medical District, and just around the block from our main office, you’ll find our Gallatin Street office. The Gallatin Street office is also located within a block of Huntsville Hospital. Maps, driving directions, and phone numbers for this location are also provided.
Madison Office
For patients located in and around Madison, Research Park, Redstone Arsenal, NASA Marshall Spaceflight Center, and points north and west like Athens or Decatur, there’s also our Madison office. The Madison office can be found on Madison Boulevard between Hughes Road and Zierdt Road. Maps, driving directions, and phone numbers for this location are also provided.
Huntsville Endoscopy Center
The Huntsville Endoscopy Center facility is located on the first floor of the same facility as CCDD. Both are located downtown in the medical district, just one block off Governor’s Drive and within a few blocks of hospitals, other medical practitioners, and outpatient treatment centers.
