Three Convenient Locations to Serve You
The Center for Colon & Digestive Disease (CCDD) now has three convenient locations to serve those in Huntsville, Madison, and surrounding north Alabama cities. We’ve provided our office addresses, phone numbers, maps, and driving directions to assist you.
Huntsville Office
The main CCDD Huntsville office is located within the Medical District, just one block off Governor’s Drive and within a block or two of hospitals and other outpatient treatment centers. Maps, driving directions, and phone numbers for this location are also provided.
Gallatin Street Office
Also located within the Medical District, and just around the block from our main office, you’ll find our Gallatin Street office. The Gallatin Street office is also located within a block of Huntsville Hospital. Maps, driving directions, and phone numbers for this location are also provided.
Madison Office
For patients located in and around Madison, Research Park, Redstone Arsenal, NASA Marshall Spaceflight Center, and points north and west like Athens or Decatur, there’s also our Madison office. The Madison office can be found on Madison Boulevard near Toyota Field between Hughes Road and Zierdt Road. Maps, driving directions, and phone numbers for this location are also provided.
